Questions we hear every week.

How is your pricing structured?
We quote per square foot, with a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) attached. The quote covers materials, labour, scaffolding, plan approvals and project management. Anything not in the BOQ is not in your bill — and we'll never add a "miscellaneous" line item later.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes — we have construction-only contracts for owners who want to procure materials themselves. We'll still spec the materials, inspect on delivery, and reject anything that doesn't meet the contract grade.
What's the typical timeline for a 2400 sq ft home?
Roughly 9–11 months from foundation to handover for a standard 3 BHK on a clear plot, including approvals. Vastu-heavy designs or premium finishings can extend this by 4–8 weeks.
Do you take payments in milestones?
Always. Standard milestones are: 10% on signing, 20% at foundation, 25% at slab casting, 25% at finishing, 20% at handover. We do not ask for material advances upfront.
Will you help with a home loan?
We have working relationships with most major banks and HFCs in Madurai. We'll prepare the technical documents banks need and walk your file through approval — at no extra fee.
What happens if there's a defect after handover?
Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers leaks, cracks, settling, plumbing & electrical defects in our installation. One call gets a team out within 48 hours — at no charge during the warranty.
